The workshop introduces the library website, the library catalog, dubSearch and more. This is an ideal place to begin learning more about the Wardman Library and the basics of library research. 

Finding Peer Reviewed Sources

Description:

This workshop discusses what makes something a peer-reviewed source , how to find them and how to evaluate these sources asking critical questions. We focus on dubSearch, databases from the library's A-Z Databases list and Google Scholar. 

Introduction to Online Research

Description:

This workshop builds on the foundation of the Intro to Library Research workshop, while also standing alone for those with basic familiarity with the library and finding physical resources. We discuss formulating a search strategy, keyword selection/concept map, navigating dubSearch, A-Z Databases, journals, peer reviewed sources and organizing search results.
